VINYL transfer

Vinyl transfers are a plastic based material that come in a variety of block-colours and special effects. A vinyl cutter is used to cut out the design onto the transfer and then a vinyl picker or scalpel is used to peel around the design. The design then sits on top of the garment when heat pressed, as opposed to Screen Printing and DTG that uses ink and gets embedded into the garment. Because of this, vinyl printing is limited in the kind of designs it can print, and unfortunately, is unable to print any photographic images, or images with gradients, shadings or tonal blends. Vinyl is more ideal for simple logo prints, text prints and less complex illustrations. Having said that, vinyl printing has a much bolder and brighter finish than most other print methods. We currently have no minimum order for vinyl printing, which makes this transfer option perfect for one-off requests, samples, or smaller quantity orders.
