VINYL transfer
Vinyl transfers are a plastic based material that come in a variety of block-colours and special effects. A vinyl cutter is used to cut out the design onto the transfer and then a vinyl picker or scalpel is used to peel around the design. The design then sits on top of the garment when heat pressed, as opposed to Screen Printing and DTG that uses ink and gets embedded into the garment. Because of this, vinyl printing is limited in the kind of designs it can print, and unfortunately, is unable to print any photographic images, or images with gradients, shadings or tonal blends. Vinyl is more ideal for simple logo prints, text prints and less complex illustrations. Having said that, vinyl printing has a much bolder and brighter finish than most other print methods. We currently have no minimum order for vinyl printing, which makes this transfer option perfect for one-off requests, samples, or smaller quantity orders. The maximum number of colours recommended for vinyl transfer printing (but not limited to), is 3. Please see images below for some examples of our print jobs using vinyl transfers.

DTF transfer
The other transfer type we offer is DTF transfers. These transfers are a great choice for photographic images and any images with shadings, gradients, or tonal blends. They are also ideal for ordering large or bulk quantities and equally give a bright, bold and soft textured finish for all designs in a variety of sizes. DTF transfers are currently sold by the meter. However, depending on the quantity you need and the sizing of your designs, we can adjust the price accordingly. Our current minimum order for DTF transfers is x10. Please see images below for some examples of our print jobs using DTF transfers.
